Cooking Pork Loin
Cooking pork loin can be done either on the grill by using the indirect method of grilling pork loin as described on another page, or by creating a baked pork loin in the oven.
Either way produces a nice and juicy pork loin roast.
Roast pork loin cooking time depends somewhat on the thickness and size of your roast.
Using an oven temperature of 350 F, I would cook a pork loin roast 25-30 minutes per pound to an internal temperature of 170-180 degrees Fahrenheit, using a meat thermometer.
Then remove roast to a platter and cover with foil. Let stand 15-20 minutes, the temperature will increase about another 5 degrees and the meat juices can settle before slicing.
