Cool Whip Frosting

Another super homemade frosting is Cool Whip Frosting, a quickly made easy frosting recipe.

This is another light, great vanilla frosting recipe, which can be made up in a flash and could also be used as topping for a bowl of fresh fruit or on ice cream.

When you do not want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, this is a great frosting recipe with few calories, and you can always change the flavor by using different instant puddings.

Ingredients:

• 1 8 oz.container Cool Whip, softened
• 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding powder
• 1 cup milk

Method:

• Beat milk and instant pudding powder in a medium bowl until pudding thickens.
• Mix in Cool Whip and beat until light.
• Ready for icing cake.
• Refrigerate.
