Helpful Hint
Gravy too lightbrown 1/2 tsp. sugar in a little butter or margarine, add to gravy and bring to boilthis will not change the flavor of the gravy
Onions too browndo not add water, this will make the gravy or sauce bitterquickly remove meat, wipe pot clean, add a little fresh oil and fresh onion, continue browning
