Sex in a Pan

This recipe will make 8-12 servings depending on the size of pieces you cut.

Ingredients:

• Base:
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 3 tbsp. sugar
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans
• Layers:
• 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup icing sugar
• 2 cups Cool Whip
• 1 small instant vanilla Jello pudding mix
• 1 small instant chocolate Jello pudding mix
• 3 cups cold milk
• 2 cups Cool Whip
• chocolate curls or pecan crumbs or maraschino cherries (optional)

Method:

• Preheat oven to 350F.
• Have a 9x13 cake pan ready. (I like to use a glass pyrex pan)
• In a medium bowl, mix all base ingredients together.
• Bake for 25 minutes.
• Let cool completely.
• Beat cream cheese and icing sugar together until light.
• Fold in 2 cups of Cool Whip.
• Spread evenly over cookie base.
• Mix instant chocolate pudding as per package directions, using 1 1/2 cups milk only.
• Spread evenly over cream cheese layer, let set.
• Mix instant vanilla pudding as per package directions, using 1 1/2 cups milk only.
• Spread evenly over chocolate layer and let set.
• Spread remaining 2 cups of Cool Whip evenly over top.
• Decorate to your liking.
• Refrigerate until ready to serve.
